She is a recognized Key Note speaker on Workplace Harassment and Respectful Workplaces.

Sally taught  Dispute Resolution at  UNB Law School for eight years. Sally is well known for her sense of humour, joie de vivre and her ability to make people laugh while learning. She can be in a hard hat and construction boots one day and be in a boardroom or municipality the next day. Her examples are all real and very practical, and she ties theory and practice together.
